The dreaded denervation

On Monday 11th May we headed to Kempton which was our overnight stop.  We had power there so it was very comfortable and only an hour away from the Hospital in Hobart.

Tuesday morning, the 12th, we woke to a very heavy fog.  It was a difficult drive into the hospital, as not much vision ahead.  Fortunately we arrived safely and in time for the denervation.
I was taken to theatre and it took 5 tries, to get the needle on THE nerve, but finally seemed to be the one.  This time a little happy juice, at the time of the big job, so it was not as horrible as times gone past.  It is horrible each time a nerve is touched, though, as you feel so trapped and like a kind of torture, but with many prayers, it comes right.

We left the hospital, but I was in no way to travel, so MVC headed back to Kempton, where I rested, and we decided to stay another night.

Finally arrived home on 13th May, which was a much better option.  Feeling much improved, though I do not have the side effects like I did on the last procedures.  They were very intense and lasted some months.  I hope and pray for good days, without constant headaches, for the future.

The careful start of Blogging

I gingerly put my toe in the water, so to speak, to start a Blog and keep up with technology.  I just had to have this template as my niece had a dog called Tic Tac, so I was drawn by the name.  I am flying blind, as have nobody to help, so please do not expect high standards.
